Getting your order to you quickly is our top priority.  All U.S. and Canadian orders over $35.00 ship free via Priority Mail.  All orders may be upgraded at your request for an additional charge.

How long until my order arrives?

All orders ship within two business days from when your payment is received, provided your item is in stock.  Delivery times vary depending on your location and the method of shipping.

  • First Class Mail: Arrives to most U.S. locations within 3-5 days.  Most Canadian customers receive packages within 5-10 days (sometimes longer, depending on customs).
  • Priority Mail: Arrives to most U.S. locations within 2-3 days.  Standard shipping for all U.S. orders over $35.00 is Priority Mail.  Global Priority Mail is available to international customers for additional cost.
  • Express Mail: Arrives at most U.S. locations within 1 day.  Prices start at $22.00 for small packages.  International  express is also available, please contact us for an express shipping quote.
  • UPS: Next Day, Second Day and Ground Options available as well.  Please note that UPS Ground usually takes longer than standard USPS Priority Mail.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes!  International orders are welcomed and you have the option of having your package shipped First Class Air Mail, International Priority or UPS.  Delivery times vary widely by country and shipping method.  We will provide tracking numbers by request but will not be responsible for any packages lost or destroyed on international orders.  The biggest variable in international orders is the amount of time your package takes to clear your country's international customs office.  Your country may charge customs or tax on items that we ship to you.  We have no way of knowing if, how, or when you will be charged.

  • First Class Air Mail: Least expensive shipping option and arrives to most countries within two or three weeks.  Most Canadian orders arrive in less than two weeks.  Your package tracking number will not include many details of transit progress.
  • Priority Mail International: Costs a little more than First Class and provides a tracking history.  Shipping times are only slightly faster than First Class Air Mail.
  • UPS: Fastest delivery option because UPS often will handle customs clearance.  UPS provides detailed tracking information.  In addition to the shipping charges you pay with your order, UPS may assess additional customs clearance and duties on your delivery.  You are responsible for paying any customs clearance / duties charges that may be charged by UPS when your item is delivered.
